war if it's so important to them. Bring the troops home and leave the battleground to H*buton, Fl*ohr, BlackH2O, and let AEI and Carlyle and whoever else want to play strategy games have at it on their own time, own dime.

4. Privatization is what to do with profits |
|
costs and liabilities, on the other hand, are things to be socialized. The parties involved would not want to privatize the Iraq venture any further than treating soldiers as private sub-contractors and drowning Halliburton, Bechtel, Blackwater et al. in gravy.
The day to day expenses of occupying Iraq are for the US taxpayer to bear directly.
This is what's referred to as a public-private partnership.
