Because the rich enjoy greater access to healthcare, education and material goods, they obviously have a greater interest in maintaining the status quo. As fighting the bushevik wars contributes to the corporate status quo, then your chances of being drafted must be be proportional to your family's wealth and income. For children of the richest 1%, you have a 100% chance of being drafted. If you're family is on the lowest end of the income scale, your chances are dramatically reduced to about 1 in 1 million.

I'll go along with that ... until we have Universal National Service. At that point, the odds would apply to servie in the Army, as opposed to such alternatives as Public Health Service, VISTA, Peace Corps, etc.
