I'm just thinking this is not a good time for the spy story to dissipate - B* will think that he got away with it with no consequences
This plus a Rove indictment needs to perculate with the public

The House is due back January 31. Not sure about the Senate.

but if they were always in session, they'd never get any face time with their constituency. For the good ones, and there are at least a few of them, such time back in the home state or district is important.
