"How Nero Got His Groove Back"
Oooooh, those polls, those polls? First Gallup, then MSNBC - they show that Nero is actually gaining in popularity since announcing his illegal wiretaps. And Condi is on the salesman's trail pitching this debacle on Meet the Press and Hardball with no resistance.

What the hell? I know some of these polls are bullshit, but is Karl Rove pulling Nero's ass out of the fire?

:wtf:

2. I know, but where's the hard data?
I don't trust Gallup to start with - it's GOP-driven. But most people in average society don't know that.

I'm just glad that Russ Feingold is hammering the "We have a President, not a king" message. This guy looks like Presidential material in 2008.

4. Agreed, on both the polls and Feingold.
No one has changed their mind about this clown (Bush) in the last week.

3. They keep forgetting to poll the people who are...
...paying through the nose for heating oil (or freezing because they can't afford to buy it, in the first place). High energy costs equal low support for B*sh, no matter the issue being polled.

6. Yes, heating oil trumps treason
as soon as the oil comes down, the myriad high crimes will be a memory.

5. This time, they ought to poll congress
Because "the natives are restless". Congress doesn't like this NSA spying scandal, and it shows.
