Kucinich is my top choice but I will consider others
Dennis is IMO an old-time Democrat and I think that if his views were given more air time I think that more people would flock too him. I aim to vote for him while I can but realistically he is the type of candidate that corporate America is afraid of. And because of this he has an upstream battle, heck more like trying to paddle up Niagara Falls. What I can do I will do.

After Dennis I will probably support whomever is the Dem candidate but I do like some more than others.

I like Dean mainly because he has been out there fighting against Bush almost since day one. He has problems but overall I like him. Oh living in Missouri I doubt that his "Confederate Flag" talk will hurt him, hell it may help him. As somebody else said, many of the "Nascar/Football/etc" fans have nothing but pride in the bars and stars. I dislike it and think that many that fly it are racist but others don't. I saw it flying on a televised Nascar event right under the US flag when the Star Spangled Banner was played. Considering this, I think that if anything his mentioning it may make some of the non racist re-examine their thoughts after a national dialogue. Ignoring it has not made it go away.

Clark is gaining some considerable points in my book. His Rolling Stone interview was great. I live that he is bringing up concerns about 911. I am taking a wait and see attitude with him.

Kerry lost points with me his Iraq vote. But he is making some of that back with his recent actions. I appreciate his no vote on the 87 Billion! Yeah Kerry :) I want him to keep it up and challenge everything that Bush brings up in Senate. He has a great opportunity to showcase his leadership in the Senate.

Edwards is appealing but IMO he is not seasoned enough to be Prez yet.

Sharpton is fantastic! He can tear apart anybody in a verbal contest. I would love to see him against Bush or Cheney! But I don't think that he has much of a chance, he is also another one that Corporate America is afraid of.

Carol Mosely Braun is a great speaker but doesn't stand out enough to gain a foothold.

Gephardt has a good record but I really don't trust him. He caved on the Iraq vote and appeared in the rose garden with Bush. He seems to do what is best for Dick and not what is best for America. He can earn my trust again but it will be hard.

Lieberman has a 5% chance of getting my vote. That is only if he gets the Demo nomination. Even than his nomination is about the only one who could drive me elsewhere.

1. None of them get me real excited. DK is the closest to my own position,
but he just doesn't have a shot. I say this often and get flamed and bitched for doing so, but it's just the way things are. I have some serious reservations about Clark as well. Kerry is, IMO, the best qualified but I worry about his electability...he unfortunately comes across a bit stentorian, just as Al Gore did - not a true liability but it's something that puts off a lot of the electorate. What can I say?

2. my roommate said Dean looks constipated when he speaks
so much for him getting the nomination either if we're judging this on speaking habits and presentation.

Edwards and Sharpton are easily the best speakers.

Kucinich definitely has the best platform.

This is an issues based race...that is what matters and what will bring people to the polls for any particular candidate.

With 100,000,000 people still not voting in america...I think any candidate can win...let's throw electability out the door.

Issues are what matter.

3. Kerry needs to say less
At times Kerry justs needs to be quiet. I have seen him interviewed where he gives a longwinded answer to a question. Now his answers are fine but many out here in America are use to soundbites. If Kerry cannot talk in soundbites he will lose the attention of these Americans. He needs to shorten what he says. Less is more sometimes.
