Let our newest Democrat kick Zell Miller out!
Zell Miller is selling us all out. He is supporting the party that viciously smeared Max Cleland, a war hero, in the last election. Now he is smearing another person that gave his blood on the battlefield in Viet Nam just because he has joined the Democratic party to defeat a corrupt regime in Washington that has embrolled us in yet another Viet Nam.

Zell Miller is questioning Wes Clark's integrity. Zell Miller doesn't know the meaning of the word integrity.

As far as I am concerned, Zell Miller needs to be answered, loudly, quickly and REPEATEDLY.

I haven't made my mind up as far as who is the best person to defeat Bush, but in this case, I think we should demand the party kick Zell Miller out, and let our newest member, Wes Clark, do the kicking (I hope he wears his combat boots).

The sides are being drawn in America. This is war. Let the General show this traitor the door.

1. Would it be possible to have the DNC throw sanctions at him?
I only ask because if you have someone in the party that is hurting the party, you should have a way to punish them. And Zell Miller definitely needs to be punished for his actions against the democratic party!

3. He's retiring.
He doesn't need another dime of support from the DNC. He's flogging his book. Controversy sells books. Add to that the very real possibility that he may have been promised a cushy ambassadorship or administration position(Both of which have the potential to redefine "The Peter Principle") and there is not much they can do to him, right now.

Chuck him out of the party? Give another senate seat to the repukes? That'll work about as well as windshield wipers on a duck's ass, now wouldn't it?

Focus your scorn on him. He deserves that. But anything more substantive would only come up a dry hole.

15. He addressed stereotypes
I saw him this morning also. If he wants tax cuts and stronger defense (i.e. war), he really needs to go to the Republican side.

He does speak to a feeling in the South that all of us up north think Southerners are riding around in pick-ups with Confederate flags flying though. There is resentment in the South that doesn't need to be pandered to as Bush is doing but it does need to be addressed... somehow. OTOH, a lot of Southerners think of us all as elite intellectual snobs, and I'm not feeling particularly elite or intellectual this morning.

Why the hell he still calls himself a Democrat :grr:

http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/cobb/1103/01cheney.html

(excerpt)

"Vice President Dick Cheney came to Cobb County on Friday to raise money for 11th District Rep. Phil Gingrey's re-election campaign and pay a compliment to the White House's favorite Democrat, Sen. Zell Miller." (snip)

there's more vomit inducing material... :puke:

Peace? :hippie: :smoke: :freak:

8. Oh, I did.
Senator Miller,

It has come to my attention you are doing the Republican Party's smearing of Democrats for them.

I suspect you will be rewarded by this administration in some way but I can assure you it will not be enough.

This unprincipled act will backfire on you and those you serve by exposing more of the accusers character than damaging those you attack.

10. He repeated Sheldon's "integrity" charge on Meet The Press
I saw this noted in the Miller/MTP thread. It was posted by Indiana Green. I do not have a link with transcript.

He hasn't realized that the White Conservative Racist Southerners left the Democratic party a long time ago. Remember Jesse Helms and Strom Thurmond? They are your peeps Zell. Join them.

17. I don't think he is a racist
He removed the stars and bars from Georgias state buildings. I think he is probably as corrupt as hell though. I would love to look up who contributed to his campaign.
