10pm local news on crash in Iraq
I'm in Dallas, flipping through the channels, and all 3 local networks are leading with deaths in Iraq. They even have satellite trucks in Kileen (some of the soldiers were from Ft Hood)

Just saw an interview with an elderly man (a vet himself) who was very upset because he didn't know if a relative was one killed today or not. He started crying during the interview.

Absolutely no way they can put a positive spin on today.

Sad.

1. OMG that poor guy
That is one hell of a deep, deep pain if he cried during the interview, knowing it would be aired on television.

3. No blood on bu$h hands, I'm afraid
But there's plenty on the hands that pull his marionette strings. Poppy is red up to his shoulder blades.

4. You're kidding, right?
This incident clearly illustrates the tremendous progress we're making in Iraq! Don't you read the White House press releases? Peace and prosperity must be just around the corner now, they're getting desperate. The more attacks against our forces, the closer we are to democracy in Iraq. <remorseful sarcasm off>
