Did any Muslims in NJ celebrate the 9/11 attacks?

I've heard that a few nuts did in Jersey City or Paterson(depending on who you talk to). Is this true? I heard that it was a debunked canard from a credible source. The fact that the location keeps changing lends credence to that. Yet, it keeps being repeated so I wonder if it was true.
