He was asked this question at the NAACP round table forum and he said he wants a moratorium on death penalty cases, esp. those that were tried years before current technology was available. He wants a review of pending death row cases. He also believes, i.e. in Osama Bin Laden's case, that there may be a **few** cases that may warrant the death penalty.
