The replayed the clip of the Amry medic who scoffed at Bush: "ENd of major combat operations......yeah right"
They had him on again today, said they are getting people on a daily basis, alive & dead and that he doesn't see any signs of relief

I was given the impression by an earlier thread that the reason Dubya declared the war over is so that the troops won't be given combat pay - in other words, they're fighting a war but not getting compensated at that level.

NBC, CNBC and MSNBC seem to be the one's still carrying Bushs' torch. ABC and CBS have let a little more come in. I haven't watched MSNBC since they dumped Phil Donohue.

NBC and CNBC are owned by GE (bigtime right wing defense contractors/big business) and MSNBC is co-owned by GE and Microsoft! Well, there you have it, all are owned by bigtime, right wing, supporting companies!

Microsoft Is not a right wing company, and Bill Gates Is not a Freeper. http://archive.salon.com/21st/feature/1998/01/cov_29feature.htmlhttp://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/technology/2003-01-12-gates_x.htm"It's MSNBC's decision to make," a Microsoft representative told me shortly before the network dumped Savage. "It's not a matter of (whether) we support him or agree or not. "We have a relationship with MSNBC where we do not provide any input into programming. There's a very clear demarcation." http://zdnet.com.com/2102-1107_2-1024919.htmlhttp://news.com.com/2010-1071_3-1024777.html

When I read the interveiw with Dan Rather in the Guardian, I think it was, I started paying more attention to CBS. What are they gonna do to Rather? Like they could hurt him. Not.
