5. Sharpton is a laugh riot when he wants to be
One of the things I really like about him is his ability to be funny and poingant at the same time. If he doesn't win, he should be White House Press Secretary - ratings would skyrocket! Besides, who better to handle the corporate press than Al? - I'd pay per view to watch that!

8. Drudge likes to use Sharpton as race bait
He's done it before. The kind of ridicule they enjoy at FOX. O'Reilly once pointed to Sharpton after the midterms and proclaimed, "This is the new face of the Republican Party."

7. None
It is considered just like MTP or something like that. Though SNL is on record as saying they will allow any Presidential candidate to host if he or she wishes to.

11. Great!
Jesse Jackson hosting in 84 or 85 was one of my all time favorite episodes. I think Sharpton will be just as funny as Jesse. Remember "Sam I Am" and "The Question is Moot"? Absolute classics.

13. Notice that polls numbers have nothing to do with publicity
It has to do with who the administration sees as the biggest threat. Although I think he would make a great President, the admininstation is not worried about him. They are scared half to death about Kucinich. If he is nominated, Bush is throught and this is why Dennis isn't getting the coverage.
