would you support the candidate you're backing making a third party bid?

I would.

5. Not a chance in hell.
I seriously doubt Hillary would emerge from a brokered convention. Too many party regulars, who control such things, just don't like having to defend the Clintons. A better bet would be Gore or (gulp) even Kerry.

But, if Hillary ran and any Democrats tried to splinter us in the face of a Bush reelection, I think they'd become the same paraiahs as Ralph (no such thing as half a glass) Nader is now. I mean, jeez-louise, how could you argue that ANY body is worse than Bush? Can't you count the dead? The unemployed? The underemployed? The missing privacy rights? the debt we'll be passing onto your children?

Right now I'm counting all the pissed off Iraqi orphans and North Korean arms dealers. Tell there ain't "synergy" there.

(Thanks for fucking up the whole world, Dubya!)

8. I would still back my guy
Edited on Mon Nov-03-03 11:47 PM by Clark Can WIN
Because I do not think Hill would win this time around and we can't take the chance.

On edit: I didn't read closely enough. You mean if she just walked in and stole the nom? Yeah, I would back my guy for an independent nom.
