Barraged by accusations from conservatives that it was distorting the legacy of a president, CBS announced Tuesday it was pulling "The Reagans" miniseries off the air.

I am certain the "Reagan legacy" they portray will be distorted or down right fictitious. But they'll demand it's being told that way.

It's evident that they handle reality poorly, and this is a great example of that. If Reagan's record was so great and true why do they fear that it is unclear to the point that it may be distorted.

I just put a letter in the box to Mel Karmazin, president of CBS requesting that he allow CBS viewers to see the Reagan series and make up their own mind, rather than acquiesce to the revisionists. Forget about finding contact info on the CBS website, that's only for commenting after the fact on the programs already broadcast. I actually got the contact info from that nutty "NewsMax" (or whatever it is) site after a search.
