They don't have it up but here is the link for the "Latest Issue" section of their site where they mention it. It's called "The Hypocrisy of It All." I'll link my column that I based it off of. It's a longer more in depth version of the column. I would change a few things I said in it now though. I think I was a touch off on a few points. I was mad as hell when I wrote it though. It's Will Pitt's fault. I read "Blood Money" form TO and became PNAC obsessed.

It's just the idea that in a global empire disease will be allowed to run rampant because oligarchs will rule everything and a middle class will cease to exist. Nobody really cares when poor people get sick and die.
