Hanutty guilty of federal crime?
I hope they investigate the memo from the Intelligence committee because it was probably stolen from Rockfeller computors or the wastebasket. In either case NutJob is guilty of receiving stolen property. The memo crisis is a great opening for us. The memo is just a planning document, contains no intelligence comittee information. It opens the door to discuss where the investigation will go. Hagel said last night on cnbc that he understands the comittee will follow path to WH. Not what Roberts beleives. Wait until Hagel finds out Roberts does not want to follow the path 'where ever it leads'.

2. Something will only come of this if the dems gain spines for the
first time in 3 years and HONESTLY fight this issue. I am tired of getting my hopes up that a battle is on the way just to have the dems back down and give the thugs what they want.

The ball is in the hands of the dems to make this a story or let the thugs make it a story. Let's just see what they do with it.

3. NewsFlash for those who think the Dems have had no spines for 3 yrs:
Filibusters have been successful for several juducial nominees and they are gearing up to fight ANWR drilling again.
IWR was not the only thing that happended the past 3 years.

4. Then why has * been the most successful pres. to get judicial nominations
passed? He is putting in ultra conservatives and I think the dems have only stopped 3 or 4 of them. Unlike the 60 some the thugs stopped during Clinton's years.

Bush has gotten basically everything he wanted with the help of the dems and I for one would like to see that put to a stop.

5. This is great for the Dems!!! Let's investigate. Rockefeller should say
let's go! He should deny that he wrote it but agree with the plan. What are the Republicans afraid of...why shouldn't every avenue be investigated. If the Dems don't know how to use this opportunity that has been handed to them by the limpball, Hannity, then they don't deserve to be in charge of anything. The this issue allows the Dems to revive the issue of the WH outing Wilson's wife. The contrasts are so vivid...this memo has no security issues or classified info tied to it, no one's life has been put in danger. It's time to say that the Republicans are looking for another smear issue to divert attention from what this WH did and is continuing to do.
