Where do you look for info on various states/regions voting stats by race, gender, what percentage don't vote, etc?

1. I will try to find some sources

but you can use this special google search engine here:

http://www.google.com/unclesam

It looks for information on all government databases, especially statistics.

2. I like this site a lot.

http://www.uselectionatlas.org/

Although it doesn't break it down by race, or gender it does have state by state totals of voting age turnout and registered voter turnout.

It might be a start.
