Poll question: Who could be Howard Dean's VP?
If Howard Dean gets the Democratic nod, who would be good for a VP running mate?

12. I am becoming more and more comfortable ...
... with at Dean/Clark or Clark/Dean teamup. With Clark hammering the foreign policy and Dean hammering the disasterous domestic policy - Bush is toast.

I just hope the two camps don't kill each other. We have a street- fighter for fair play who will fight for the middle class and take on the powers that be (Haliburton, Enron and the rest) and who isn't afraid of anyone, and we have a charming, southern General who will blast the administration for it's egregious foreign policy failures. Good team-up - let's not ruin it.

How can we dismiss this ticket? With the support they both have, it seems unbeatable.

17. Sharpton
With Sharpton as the VP, 1984 will look like a close election compared to the beating we would take.

19. If Clark is Dean's VP, Dean will be JFK/Wellstoned by the BFEE
Edited on Fri Nov-07-03 11:56 AM by seventhson
Clark is PNAC through and through.

He worked for the Stephen's Group (Arkansas) which helped Shrub obtain Osama/Saudi financing for Harken Energy. Go ahead: Google Stephens group and "Saudis" and Bush. Then Google Clark and Steven's Group. Stephens also contributed $100,000 to Bush's inauguration.

See here:

http://www.everyvotematters.com/boycott/sss.html

Dean would be insane to have Clark as his VP and anyone who supports Clark for VP is ignorant both of history and of the depths the BFEE will go to maintain their fascist power.

Note: Stephens was Clinton's sponsor as well which is why I don't trust the Clinton's and their support of Clark either. It is corrupt sad as I am to say it.

On Edit: That's Stephens not Stevens. Sorry

24. Actually, its just that even other Dean supporters
are bored with your ridiculous assassination conspiracy theories (see your threads on Axciom). I really don't think you have any idea how bizarre your posts seem, especially the frequency with with you repeat the exact same blind, conspiriatorial accusations. People no longer bother to engage you because you're simply looking for a fight. Your unbridled hatred for Kerry and Clark pretty much make people unwilling to waste time trying to reason with you.

25. Not Clark IMO
Dean's weaknesses will be perceived as

1. regional
2. no Washington experience

Therefore I don't see Clark as the answer. Who would I see?

Gephardt
Feinstein
Breaux
Durbin
Edwards

but I don't know who yet.

Dean/Clark SOUNDS good -- BUT -- you've got two Washington outsiders and Washington insiders will eat them alive. Wonder if Gore is up for the job again? Hmmmmmm.
