Did John Kerry lie at Rock The Vote...?
He said he was beating Hilary Clinton in some of the polls, but his campaign can't produce any? Does anyone know what polls he was speaking of? MSNBC did a short story yesterday on this.

1. Yes he was lying. There is no such poll. He made it up.
Next question. And he has the audacity to do the "you know you are Howard Dean" shit.

2. Maybe it was a poll
taken by his own staff or friends and family members.

4. Yeah, sure. That's it. Dean was right. Kerry is Bush-lite.
They both lie.

8. Last time I checked ...
dean was hedging on accepting federal funds and supporting the confederate flag like *.

Guess that makes dean Bush-lite.

10. He is trying to beat Bush. That and that alone is why he would opt out
of matching funds. You gotta problem with him winning?

15. "hedging" he believes in campaign finance reform for everyone..
so Republicans and Dems can play on an even field. He has said he'll work on that when he becomes President. However, today we have to fight fire with fire. That's not lying, it's smart.

9. Dean has a HUGE lead in the lying, Bushlite dept.
or haven't you examined his actual record of kissing GOP butt for 11 years in Vermont? Dean even pushed deregulation of electricity. A real Bush goal. He supported Bush on Yucca Mt, too.

6. I took it as a slap at the GOP mediapush including polls w/noncandidates.
They've been doing it for a year now.

I guess most DUers never heard of internal polls

But then, this is not surprising from someone who said Clinton was against the use of race in AA.

13. Well, why didnt his campaign mention that when contacted by MSNBC?
I think that's a reasonable answer, but they should provide that information then, should they not?

Perhaps someone can contact the Kerry campaign and find out?
