I remember my dad, carefully using his razor every morning. He wouldn't leave the bathroom until he was immaculately smooth-chinned. (Now that he's retired and in his late 70s, he will sometimes let it go for a day or two ... but if he's leaving the house or meeting someone, out comes the razor.)

If W is avoiding certain areas because of sensitive skin ... someone should tell him that it's less painful if you use shaving cream, or soap, in addition to just the hot water (supposedly his usual technique).
