Is the DNC really sending out Franken & Moore books for $75 donations?

Not that I can think of anything particularly wrong w/that if they did, but it sure has Bill O'Reilly's feathers ruffled. :-) I checked out their website and could find nothing to suggest this to be true...but then again look who is making the accusation.

There's no question the Democratic National Committee (search) is using political books to spread its message that President Bush is deficient and others who don't toe the liberal line are flawed and should be scorned. Word is the DNC has purchased thousands of copies of Hillary Clinton's book. That's understandable.

But the DNC is also peddling some of the smear books that defame Americans in the worst possible way. The Factor asked DNC press secretary Tony Welch to tell us just how many of these books the Democrats have purchased. He said, "Thanks for asking, but as for the totals, we will hold that to ourselves."

For a $75 donation, the DNC will send you a smear book. That's pretty dignified, isn't it? Why don't they buy Alan Colmes' new book, which doesn't smear anyone but put forth the liberal cause?

To be fair, we called the Republican National Committee. It doesn't promote ANY political books on its Web site.

6. Bill O'Whiner is such a fucking moron.

Two straight weekends I got in my car and he happened to be on. Since I was only going to the store and back, I didn't bother changing stations. All the way there he whined about some bad book review. Still whining on the way back. Next weekend, same thing.

Is that the entire fucking show? Bill O'Whiney whining about someone who gave him a bad book review? Boy, THERE'S entertainment.

Well the RNC does not need to send books out, they do all the smearing and defaming right on their website. There is more smearing and defaming on this one page of the democratice candidates then in all the books the DNC might be sending out.

8. The Republicans do the exact same thing...

What O'Really fails to mention is that conservative groups do this all the time. The Heritage Foundation is an example of a right wing org that does this.

The DNC blog is where you can get the books for the donations, and you know what? Who fucking cares. I don't.
