Why The Right Is Terrified of Us (and always will be)
Just look at the numbers:

There are 215 million Americans over the age of 18. http://eire.census.gov/popest/data/states/ST-EST2002-ASRO-01.php

If just 40% are SOLIDLY in our camp (anti-Bush, anti-radical-republicanism, anti-rightwing-hypocrisy, anti-media-ass-kissing), then the rightwing fascists are facing determined resistance by EIGHTY SIX MILLION PEOPLE.

There's absolutely NO WAY they will ever keep us down. And since the very nature of their worldview requires the suppression of opposing views, those numbers will always drive them crazy. Which explains the vitriol coming from people like Hannity and Coulter despite the fact that Republicans control all three branches of government AND the media.

2. you can have it both ways
They are terrified of the left's ideas, but they aren't afraid of ruthlessness up to and including violence. The School of the Americas is a case in point, but the examples are legion.

3. They are writing the laws
And we are experiencing the tyranny of the minority. We are being made illegal.

Officials get to decide (in secret) who and/or what is defined as terrorist or supporting terrorists and Constitutional Rights no longer apply. Held in secret, trials in secret, punshiment in secret are what awaits anyone, anyone they decide to take out.

Corporate theivery is legal. Working hard, being honest, saving for old age makes one a target ot the legal theivery. Recourse? Zip, ziltch, nada. Being a legally elected governor doesn't insulate one from the assults.

Fetuses now have more rights than the females who carry them. If a woman's health or even life suddenly becomes threatened, too bad for her.

Reporters who refuse to lie on air are fired and the courts uphold it.

The masses seem to believe that our freedoms have already been won. They don't seem to recognize it is an on-going process and we have been losing ground fast.

And the beat goes on.

Am I disheartened? Hell yes. Do I give up the fight? LOL No, just getting meaner about how I do it.

4. The greatest fear they have, is exposure...
By exposing them for what they are, they can no longer hide behind the cloak of secrecy, and that really scares them

What this admin has gotten away with, is, quite simply because of a combination of ignorance and malaise in the American people. If people would just look at what is happening to our country, and rise up to meet the challenge, this entire house of cards would tumble overnight. It is the incredible apathy I see that allows this stuff to happen, and until people rise up, we will be stuck in this cycle.

Let's work on getting the vote out, and educating people as to what these fools are doing to our country.

5. The R R WOULD fear us if . . .
they saw us making a major offensive to persuade the 80% of voters who identify themselves as "Christians" that they should be "Liberals Like Christ" and become Liberal Democrats!

See http://www.LiberalsLikeChrist.Org/Graphs &
http://www.LiberalsLikeChrist.Org/Democrats

See why we say followers of Christ (as opposed to 'Christians')
belong in the Liberal ranks of the Democratic Party.
