Is it a cold day in hell???
A FOX News anchor is actually disputing Republican propoganda!

Anchor: "Kerry said, and I checked this, the President's own commission on veterans' affairs actually says that many veterans are on waiting lists to get health care.

Republican Senator: Now that's simply not true, that's divisive politics.

A: But the President's own commission says...

RS: Kerry is disrespecting veterans. We should respect them, but we should not pander to them through partisan politicking.

A: So do you deny that the President's own commission says...

RS: That information is incomplete!

3. Think it was Kyl - he was
absolutely red in the face - Couldn't believe the commentator all of sudden said well, I could be wrong, but I'm reading from this report and changed the subject.

4. Good news.
If you can give us the name of the anchor, I'm sure we'd all like to send words of thanks to him or her and the editor.

The cynical side of me says: the powers that be have realized * is worn out, and are ready to replace him with another puppet.

5. What was the name of the commentator?
He will not be employed very long at Faux. We should track the poor bastard's progress out the door, which is now 100% assured.

Whatever he will ultimately be fired for (parking outside the lines, failing to throw out his wet towels in the Men's Room, etc.), it will be because he wasn't "fehrundbalinst" enough.

(doesn't that term sound better in the original German?)

6. Don't know the commentator's name because I
don't watch Fox much - and don't congratulate him - he back down when Kyl started looking as if he was going to have a heart attack

8. Getting your hopes up for Fox News? A waste of time
Everybody is entitled to a mistake. This anchor made one. The powers that be will make sure he does not make another.
