Zell Miller to speak at CPAC
Alexandria, VA – Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Chairman David A. Keene today announced that Senator Zell Miller, D-GA., will deliver a major address at the three-day event to be held from January 22nd to the 24th at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.

“Despite his party affiliation, Senator Miller has proven to be a friend of limited government and the Constitution,” said Keene. “We are honored to have him join us at the 31st Annual CPAC.”

(Can we kick him out of the party yet?)

5. Is it possible to kick him out of the party?
At what point does the Official Democratic party come to the realization that having him be a Democrat is hurting the party. He's clearly trying to take it down from the inside. There's got to be something that can be done about this.

10. Don't you speak newspeak?
Limited government - fastest increase in govt spending and govt programs in US history. New doctrine of preemptive, neverending war costing hundreds of billions of dollars. New concepts such as Total Information Awareness program.

Supporting the Constitution - Elimination of the right to a speedy trial. Elimination of the right against unreasonable search and seizure. Elimination of the right to a jury trial. Abrogation of executive branch accountability to Congress.

I know I missed a LOT of stuff. Limited government is the real kicker though. How, exactly, have 'conservatives' limited government in the 3 years they've been in power?

They haven't. But they are effectively destroying our republican form of government for the next 30 years...

12. um ... I'm confused
If Zell Miller is "a friend of limited government and the Constitution," why does he publicly portray himself as a right-wing whore?

Someone please splain it to me.

13. explain?...ok.
just because he is a right-wing whore, doesn't mean that is his perception of himself. Satan doesn't see himself has EVIL, but rather ambitious and more PURE than God. This is how he was thrown out of heaven, an act he probably saw as hateful and cruel.

In the same way Zell does not see himself as a whore sleeping with Southern Co., AFLAC, or Coke. He views himself as the moderate. And since the national Democrats have been shifting increasingly toward the right of the political center for the last ten years, this makes Miller's role more difficult. Miller must now shift to where shrub and Ralph Reed are, and claim that has always been America's political center. Then he will cry about how the Democrats abandoned him..and he is so very very weepy now!!

14. Will he advocate the physical inimtidation of liberals
to show them that they, too can be killed, otherwise they will turn out to be outright traitors?

C'mon Zell, you know you want to. Or is this more of a 2005 Lame-Duck Fuhrer sort of a speech?

I am more and more convinced that Miller is a Dixiecrat time-bomb left in place by Uncle Karl until the time was right.
