115 Taliban Prisoners Released in Exchange for Captured Engineer
KABUL (AZZAM): The Afghan government has accepted most of the conditions laid down by Taliban leaders, provided that a Turkish engineer, that has been taken hostage is released. Sources have reported that around 115 Mujahideen fighters have been released by the Afghan government so far in Kabul, Ghazni and other regions, as a result of the agreement reached.

The freedom of four Taliban commanders was also negotiated subject to the release of Ghazni's governor's uncle, who was earlier captured and detained by the Taliban.

Suggestion for those who "don't think Azzam is credible"

Azzam doesn't consider them "credible."
