If the senate Republicans told the truth during Whinefest
Edited on Thu Nov-13-03 09:18 AM by Homer12
It would be that all they want to do is have a "judicial umbrella" before GW and his administration along with all the Senatorial and Congressional collaborators are brought up on charges of treason and conspiracy against the constitution of the United States.

They whine and complain becuase the democrats won't let the the courts get completly stacked with radical right-wing ideologs.

I hope most people see this strategy at play by the Right.

3. Excellent point.
We saw what happenened in the 2000 Florida recount, with our Supreme Court stacked with conservative judges.

4. Good Lord
Don Nickles is calling Harkin a Senate criminal basically. He is saying that he broke the rules by calling other Senators sanctimonious hypocrisy.

5. The Dems Far Outweight the Repukes In Their Elequent Rebuttles
they are clearly superior in their debating skills.. and it sure doesn't hurt that the democrats have the truth on their side. I think it has to be obvious to the average american who is and who is not telling the truth in "WhineFest 2004".

8. "WhineFest 2004", The Republican tactic
Edited on Thu Nov-13-03 09:36 AM by Homer12
I think was to try to get the democrats to be the whiners and the complainers to try to make them look bad on the public relations angle.

It seems that the GW Bush and Neo-Con disease of overwhelming will and conviction, over reality and evidence/fact and logic, has infected most of the senate Republicans as well.

Fact = Dems have only blocked 2% of all nominees
= Republicans under Clinton blocked 20%

Reality = Repugs are a bunch of hypocritical whiners
