Why not a monument to heterosexuals killed during that time? How about transsexuals? or maybe bisexuals? I would tend to think that a general monument to ALL victims would be more appropiate....However being politically correct is in now.

Recognition of non-Jews that Hitler had murdered in the death camps has been long overdue. However, homosexuals (the term Gay did not exist at that time) were only a very small part (An estimated 10,000 to 15,000) of the over 5 million non-Jews that were murdered. There were many times more Gypsy and Polish victims.

That a monument for all victims would be best. I would love a monument that actually listed the groups Hitler went after.

Let's say maybe 1/3 of the nazis were gay, if even that many. They blame gays for the rise of nazism. What about the remaining 2/3 that were heterosexual.Shouldn't we follow their line of reasoning and blame heterosexuality for the rise of nazism when the bigger portion of them were heterosexual?
