Stay tuned for the "Rush FROM War..."
Brought to you by Bush, Corporation.

The war was started because of politics and greed. It is now going to be ended for the same reasons. Because of the mounting casualties and the correct perception that we need to get out of there, Bush* is going to do exactly what you would expect someone with no soul to do: Pull out as quickly as possible with absolutely no regard to the well-being of the country we invaded. Everyone agrees that Americans need to turn the country back over to the citizens of Iraq, but we need to do it slowly and correctly, not in the way that it is going to be done. Bush* is going to create a vacuum in Iraq, and he is going to do it because he (Rove) senses that the 2004 election will hinge on this.

What has the office of the presidency become when personal gain far outweighs the well-being of a whole country?

1. Isn't it Kucinich's opinion . . .
that we should pull out as quickly as possible? Frankly, I think a lot of us would like to see that happen.

2. Agreed...But you have to do it right...
What I heard the other day horrified me. That we have already trained over 100,000 Iraqis to police Iraq, when even some of the most liberal estimates given (in terms of how long it would take to adequately train forces) were that we could train about 1/3 of that many in the same time frame.

My fear, for Iraqis, is that the election time table is influencing Bush* policy-making more than anything else. That, imho, is pathetic, but it is also what I expect from this adminstration, which frankly doesn't give a rat's ass about policy.

4. What was the name of the person who incurred Karl Rove's wrath?
For claiming that this adminstration was the least concerned about policy-making than any he had ever seen?

Anyone who has read "Lies and Lying Liars" knows what I am talking about, but his name escapes me.
