My only qualifications are that I have a sister in law in Kentucky and my immediate family in Georgia.
Here goes:
hey (Hello) need to move some where (Perhaps it would be best to move the troops that are in Iraq)
they ant for us (The Iraqis haven't taken well to us attacking their sovereign nation)
we need to get out of it (George, you got us into one helluva mess and its time for us to cut our losses and let the UN come in to peacefully take control of the situation)
god dont bless a mess (Even God would say that you have fucked this one up, George)
and thats a mess (I would like to reiterate that this is quite a pickle you have placed out country in, you unelected piece of dog puke)
we need to talk to himm (Get on your knees and talk to God, Bunnypants, you are in a heap of shit)
Best I can do...

The letter in question, verbatim:
Subject: un To: President George Bush Vice President Richard Cheney
November 13, 2003 they need to move some where they ant for us we need to get out of it god dont bless a mess and thats a mess we need to talk to himm savannah , TN
Octafish translation:
Subject: Forners To: The Little Turd from Crawford Sneer of Halliburton
13 November 40 AD (After Dallas) Why is it so many foreign people don't speak English? Don't they know, if they were smart they'd be like us? So, stop hating us for our freedom. Hate us for our ignorance. Lord knows He does — she, too, but only more so in Mexico. memphis, TX
A better translation, courtesy AllHatNoCattle.com:
Quote from George W. Bush explaining why he must attack Iraq with no missiles pointed at us. "I look forward to the American people understanding the threats we face.''
— George W. Bush September 2002
A quote from President John Fitzgerald Kennedy calming the American people while missiles were pointed directly at the United States. "The United States, as the world knows, will never start a war. We do not want a war. We do not now expect a war. This generation of Americans has already had enough — more than enough — of war and hate and oppression. We shall be prepared if others wish it. We shall be alert to try to stop it. But we shall also do our part to build a world of peace where the weak are safe and the strong are just. We are not helpless before that task or hopeless of its success. Confident and unafraid, we labor on — not toward a strategy of annihilation but toward a strategy of peace." — John F. Kennedy
