Hillary did what no Bush or Cheney could stomach
On Veterans Day, without a huge entourage and zero press coverage, Senator Clinton visited wounded soilders at Walter Reed Hospital.

Sorry, but the below is from NEWSMAX :puke:

Funny, how even a noble thing like this, they have to spin to make it seem like somehow she was evil to do this.

I have quit trying to figure out their hatred for everything Clinton, but I think what gets in their craw is that someone REALLY did pull themselves up out of poverty and broken childhood to climb to the most prestigious office in the world. Well, it used to be until 2000.

Anyway, here is NEWS-SMUCKS take on the episode. Don't see it in the "liberal" media. Maybe it's because Hilary wanted it that way.

"Asked about Mrs. Clinton's visit, a hospital spokeswoman initially had no recollection of the episode, telling NewsMax.com, "Most of us were off for Veteran's Day."

But after some checking she returned to the line to confirm that the New York Senator had indeed made the pilgrimage, but did so on her own, without any entourage and without notifying the public affairs office.

When asked if Walter Reed was in the habit of admitting non-relatives, who hadn't cleared their visit with hospital authorities, to barge in and wander through the sick wards at will, the spokeswoman replied, "When you're the wife of the ex-president, yes."

-What a Classy Lady (this is my take on it)

2. Good for Mrs. Clinton
Shrub would rather goof off at the ranch than face the reality of the dead and injured young men and women who fought in his stupid war.

If you're a potential campaign contributor, you'll get Bush's attention. If you're a dead soldier, you'll be ignored.

3. What a wonderful thing
for an Ex First Lady/current Senator to do. WHERE'S PICKLES, I ask.???

I swear the freepers are pathetic excuses for human beings. They will find fault no matter what a Clinton does, admirable or not. Bastards.

9. Sorry
It was from NEWSMAX and I don't really consider them a news source. A fellow worker pointed it out. I wouldn't visit that so-called news source. Maybe some DU'er could help with a link.

I'm also a bit of a computer neophyte.

6. If this is true, this is sick and should be told to all major media
I can't believe that even most Freepers are that hateful and sick. We need to beging to expose their evilness every chance we get. Since Hannit like to get scoop memos and news, call him and ask if he knew about this...and call his show while he is on the air. I would also let the soldiers know what the freepers think about people who "wander through the sick wards at will" as they pay respect to the service these men and women provided. If we don't expose it who will?

7. Soothing her conscience because of her war vote?
She's a PNACer and voted FOR the invasion. She helped send them to get maimed.
