Strange to say, but Dick Morris said something thought-provoking
on Hannity & Colmes tonight.

He said that Arnold's election should be a lesson to Republicans. If they would only ditch the religious right, they could win elections.

How would they ever break the news to Tom DeLay…

3. Dick is wrong on this one.
The religious right would not support the Republicans, in that case, and they are basically the core.

Why should people vote Demcorat-lite, when they can have the real thing?

4. the COULD win elections???
what's Morris been smokin' . . . Repubs have been doing nothing BUT winning elections since the 2000 debacle . . . maybe he means they could win without the help of the touch-screen voting machine companies? . . .

9. Plus they have to have novelty value.
What is the sum total of what Arnold said about any of the issues? Like actual specific plans? Hey, didn't they have to have pre-arranged questions in the debate or else he wouldn't come?

They'd have him, Ted Nugent, Mancow, and I don't know who else they'd run after that.
