Since we all know how Bushisms are an exercise in convoluted doublespeak, I interpret this to mean:

We are going to talk about how to continue to spread war and death.

Or should I say scriptedness. I cringe when I hear Condoleeza, et al pitching the unflappable party line. It is incredible propaganda. And to speak of our gunboat diplomacy with so little awareness of its own "blackmail" quality... amazing. It is also scary that David Frost pitches the questions in such a softball fashion. I would have loved to see him questioned by the Labor back benchers! There is always such a wonderful feistiness displayed in the House of Commons, complete with "hooting," at least in comparison to our system.
