Is the list of RNC "power words" available anywhere?

Does anyone have a link to the list, from several years ago, of words that Republicans were supposed to use in public to make them seem powerful and kind, while making Democrats appear weak and heartless?

I think Hailey Barbour and/or Newt Gingrich may have had something to do with it, given the timing, but Google turned up nothing.
