2. Didn't Congress just approve $87 Billion
to rebuild Iraq? Besides what the hell is left that is a legitimate target to blow up? Unless of course you want to re-rebuild all the stuff that we blew up with the first $40 billion we spent blowing everything up and rebuilding?

3. That $87 billion wasn't to rebuild Iraq
It was to tear Iraq apart. It's the other nations in the world who are being pressured to fund the rebuilding of Iraq.

6. some of it was for Halliburton et al.
but it was really anyone's guess as to where it was all going which is why Kerry nixed it.
