Current Situation in Miami

Current situation in the downtown area: cops are practicing all over. A string a cruisers circling the block, turning sirens on and off.

The only noise downtown is from cops. Helicopters, mounted squads clip-clopping around. A string of cruisers seem to be playing slot-car racers. They keep turning their sirens on and off. Heavy-handed intimidation. On 2nd and 2nd the bomb squad has cleaned up; didn't hear any explosion, though I am a few blocks away. I can't help but think they are blowing up every hobo knapsack they can find.
