White Man Disease: How Do You Compel A Child To Testify?

What's the penalty for a child refusing to testify? Do you criminally charge the child as an adult, then send him to jail? Do you put a black mark on his/her forehead, so that the rest of their life, they have a black mark against them? I mean, what do you do to a ten year old, a fourteen year old?

We don't need to know that "this time there is no money involved" bullshit. You don't have to come out and make a world-wide production out of searching his property, and then grandstanding at a press conference. Cameras right on cue. With a force of SEVENTY officers, we might as well say the press was inbedded with the police, because they was there, covering the whole enchilada. Take polls from everyone on whether he's guilty, form the opinion, and THEN pick the jury.

I sure would like to get some news about what's going on in England.
What's going on on Afghanistan. What's going on in Iraq.

7. I call it "white man's disease" because it reminds me of how

many times over the years, the rules getchanged when nonwhites are involved, you know, like all those treaties we signed with the Indians but changed all the rules to bullshit our way out of them. I'm just trying to point out the folly of getting a law so as to compel a child to testify. It's ridiculous. Is this really what you want? For the state to be able to drag your kid somewhere and threaten them to make them talk?

But, the sidetrack you took by labeling this "White Man Disease," simply derails your argument by its offensiveness. Perhaps that's what you wanted, though, given your expectation of flames to come...sadly.
