Milestone-500 dead Coalition soldiers |
|
Total coalition troop fatalities in Iraq reach 500.
We are on track for a very bad month of the war in Iraq for the coalition forces according to numbers posted on the lunaville.org site. After twenty days, there are 64 US soldiers dead in November compared to 65 in March 2003. There were 92 total dead coalition deaths in March 2003 compared to 85 so far in November.
Just thought it shouldn't go unadvertised. Did anyone in the press notice or just

They seem to have reported a bunch today that happened over the last few days, but weren't reported at the time.

is a positive word. I think it is some personal sensitivity. I am not even sure why I am sharing it.

when they aired photos of the italian troops going home in flag-draped coffins. Yet today, not one American has seen the 422 flag-draped coffins of Americans on TV. Not one American has seen the 9000 casualties on American TV.
What a crime. our troops are dying daily and Bush can't be bothered to attend one funeral, or try to console the unimaginable grief of the families.
The only reason he is revising his non-existent exit strategy is not because of the number of dead, but because his poll numbers are dropping!
Bush simply does not care about who or how many are dead in his war. he cares about the chance of being reelected.

8. We're not at 500 american deaths......yet |
|
don't you know it doesn't matter how many foreigners are killed. We live in bush's* bubble nothing but americans matter, the rest of the world is ours by right. That's part of the problem, we aren't sure how many Iraqis have been killed since the invasion, or for that matter since 1991. I did see where the most glorious chimp* will be visiting the families of dead british soldiers, he hasn't bothered to do the same for soldiers who laid down their life for this evil fuckwad*.
