1. You gotta wonder what they do with all of those copies
I imagine they are taken to a recycling center where Scaife can reap the windfall profits of 10 tons of Zeal Miller's Dixiecrat observations. $.25 a pound? Wingo!

4. bulk sales (as opposed to individual sales)
Edited on Thu Nov-20-03 04:46 PM by w4rma

A dagger (+) indicates that some bookstores report receiving bulk orders.
http://www.nytimes.com/2003/11/23/books/bestseller/1123besthardnonfiction.html

A few wealthy bulk book buyers may be astroturfing the book to the bestseller lists and/or laundering money to the political author and/or publishing company.

5. I think it means that ...
some bulk orders have been made (ie someone walks into a bookstore and requests 10,000 copies of the book). This is usually a sign that someone is buying lots of books to prop up its sales. Coulter did the same thing.

Cheers

8. LOL, someone write Bill O'Reilly
Let him know the RNC has been bulk-purchasing Zell's book. Last night he was ranting about Hillary's book being popular because the DNC bought all of the copies (Which is a complete lie, egads!)

9. until now, i always thought his full name was:
Senator Evendemocratslikezell Miller

as in, when wingnuts say:

'Evendemocratslikezell Miller support Bush's tax cut"

or "If this is a partisan issue, then explain why Evendemocratslikezell Miller are backing the president"

"ANWAR drilling isn't a republican plot to pay off donors in the oil industry. Why, Evendemocratslikezell Miller voted for it!"

but I guess it's just Zell MIller (+)
-easier to type
