See all those fires in CA? The media has the sheeple believing logging will prevent those. So naturally she will sign on- kow-towing to Bush and giving him an election year bonus.

areas are going under. We've temporarily saved the Arctic Refuge, but the bigger area around it is about to be raped and pillaged. The forests President Clinton tried to save with the Roadless Initiative are about to be clearcut in a false bid to "protect" us. Medicare and Social Security are about to be gutted and I've given up any hope of them being around when I retire in about 25 years. So, besides stopping a handful of chimp's most extreme judges WTF has the Democratic party accomplished?
EVERY rotten and putrid idea of the extreme right's agenda has been forcefed down the throats of a People who did NOT vote for it and its happened with Demcratic complicity. At the risk of being banned (and I've been here 2 1/2 years), WTF good is the Democratic party. Why should I continue to support and vote for them when this is what we get in return?
I'm really beginning to believe we'd be better off building a genuine opposition party that will work to benefit the People and the Planet, not this sellout, hollow, fraud that most of the Democrats have become. I will vote for the nominee next year out of desperation, but my patience that things will get better with our present system has just about run out. My support after next November is seriously in doubt and I am considering registering as a Green.
