Where do foreign leaders rank on a US political scale?

Complicated subject, but bear with me.
I see Blair as in the same ballpark as Lieberman
Chretien is close to Dean IMO, Trudeau close to Kucinich
Thatcher is about where Reagan was, Mulroney not quite but close.
Schroder I'd put near to Dean, but possibly not as liberal (I'm no German expert though, would welcome correction)
Whaddaya think?
