We've gotta Go JOE!!!
Edited on Mon Nov-24-03 01:06 AM by JackSwift
No one stands for the liberal principles of the Democratic Party quite like my guy, Joe Lieberman. His tireless fighting on behalf of the little guy to make sure their votes are counted, letting us know that getting blow jobs from 20-somethings is wrong (or so wrong) and the countless pieces of major legislation he has shepperded through Congress, like Social Security and Medicare, singlehandedly passing the three budgets have led me to believe that only Joe Lieberman can carry our banner forward to certain defeat against George W. Bush. Oh, how I do love Joe.

On edit:

I've come to my senses, nothing to see here. Move along now.

1. Oh, The Things I Know!...About JOE!
Joe Lieberman in 2004...Because, as We'll Learn This Thanksgiving, Sometimes the Little Guys Get to Sit at the Adults Table.

Later.

Lieberman is the main reason why corporate corruption hasn't been wiped out.

He opposes the expensing of stock options.

He opposed Sarbanes/Oxley until it became politically unviable for him to do so.

He supports the Cuban aristocracy in exlie in Miami.

He voted for the Iraq War and still defends it.

He supports Likud.

Some of his closest financial supporters vote for Bush.

3. But I just gotta have JOE!
Edited on Mon Nov-24-03 12:48 AM by JackSwift
He's the bees knees, the cats meow. He has delivered for the Democratic Party and the American people so many times I can't remember even one of them. If he isn't our nominee, I might just burst! We've gotta have JOE, we just gotta. It will all go South if we don't. JOE is just fantastical, such an orator, so forceful, so charismatic. And have you seen the brain on that guy? Size does matter.

5. Remember when he shot down closing that loophole?
That icky one where companies would have to declare issued stock options as expenses. In fact, he lead the charge against any troublesome regulations on the financial industry. And it worked out so great!

I mean if you put Arthur Anderson, Citigroup and Enron aside.

6. Oh you can't see, he is just so special
and such a stand up guy. He just oozes moderateness from every pore. He truly has made the case for why he should be our nominee. More and more Democrats are going to switch from Dean, Clark, Kerry and ever Gephardt with every passing day. The polls don't matter, the only poll that matters is the one on election day.

Bam! smash, crash! Crunch!

Okay, nothing to see here, just an alternate personality taking over for only about a half hour. I'm fine now.

I was wondering if this was serious until I read this: have led me to believe that only Joe Lieberman can carry our banner forward to certain defeat against George W. Bush. Oh, how I do love Joe.

9. Anyone but Bush in 2004. Except Joe!
I wouldn't mind seeing him take a job on Crossfire, though. Opposite a Democrat, of course. ;-)
