I would say some should do that if they want depending on the season he plans his trip for winter would be too cold a season for Canadians to even think of mooning Bush for we would freeze our tushes off,eh.

On edit Americans (as in their "Mandarins," or their bureaucrats or officials) better be careful what they asked for, if they went so far as to hope for a "Canadian September 11th," if only to get Canadians to take their so called "terror war" seriously, for they may get it (though hopefully not) and if it happened Paul Martin may "show George Bush up" as being weak in the leadership department, by proving himself to be more "prime ministerial" in that sort of situation than Bush proved himself to be "presidential."
