discussion on CSPAN this morning of Robert Dreyfuss excellent article on Feith, Cheney, Perle, Gingrich, etal, and their establishment of the Office of Special Plans

based on his MOJO article (not online, unfortunately), which flowcharts the various offices/officials involved, and how they're connected.

key to this story (old news for most here) is that the OSP is a fourth level operation out of the DOD: Rum/Wolf/somebody/Feith, IIRC

point is he said that the fact that people like Gingrich and Cheney making personal appearances at such a 'low level' department was UNPRECEDENTED, and bespeaks the importance to the WH that their own,
"cherrypicked" intelligence was all that would ever see the light of day
