White House Insider Polls vs "Public" polls
It's been "rumored" that the Bush* polls originating from the white house show a very different picture from the numbers we see in the more "public" polls such as Gallap/Fox/ABC/CNN etc

I have no links, no direct story, just hints and rumors that Bush* is really in big trouble

anyone else hear/read about this? Links?

1. This is just word of mouth, but
a couple of my friends, good Democrats both, kept getting calls, asking for the Republican in the house. They always said there were NO repukes in the house.

One day, Jean got curious. She told them she was the repuke in the house. They proceded to ask her poll questions about Shrub.

She thinks that is why his poll numbers look so good, sometimes. I asked her if she wrote down the name of the polling service. She said no, because she finally lost her temper when they asked her how she thought Shrub was doing, overall. She yelled, "CRAPPY," and hung up.

I wish she had used stronger language.

2. The poll could have been legitimate...
because they sometimes quote numbers on support amongst Republicans. However, knowing the Republicans, it probably was crooked, aimed at creating the aura of inevitability for the sheep.

3. Pollsters Have Admitted in the Past Few Years ....
That Their Polls Are Basically Unreliable Due To Caller ID , Cell Phones, Answering Machines etc.

Their Methodology is severely flawed and they succeed in approx. 30% of their

attempts to reach somebody.

How Do They Continue To Claim Such A Low Margin of Error?

Also Note The # of 'News' Sources Who Now Quote The Results of Online Polls!
