I clicked on the link and it took me to a Democrat Party pep talk. Were you thinking of some other column perhaps? I tend to expect an economist to write about economics, not partisan strategies for winning elections. This column is about as "great" as a Pete Rose lecture on the correct procedure for preparing chocolate mousse.
