I am tired of the exploitiation of 9/11 by Bush.
First off, "President" Bush, congratulations, you have managed to define your presidency through an illigitimate war, and the deaths of 3,000 Americans on American soil. Milking it for all its worth. Holding the Republican convention in New York on 9/11/04. How despicable. I would like to call on Zack de la Rocha and the 3/4 of Audioslave that were part of RATM to do one concert in front of that convention on that date. I think that would be cool.

But back to my original point. Everybody says that Bush has the edge on foreign policy. I say Bullshit. I would give Dean or any other Dem candidate the edge there over Bush. We need to dispell this. One could hope that the events that unfold in 2004 will do that for us but don't count on it. Even at the end of last May I saw a poll that said that 83% of Americans disapproved of Bush's foreign policy. The only edge he has is the media spin.

Furthermore, I am curious as to how much more Americans are going to tolerate this fear that the administration is trying to foster. We do need to be realistic, there are threats out there. We can either deal with them directly or use it as an excuse to crackdown at home, and abroad.

Furthermore, Mr. Bush, the Democrats are not attacking you for attacking the terrorists, they are attacking you for creating more terrorists. People should be able to see through this propaganda machine.

2. Good line
"Mr. Bush, the Democrats are not attacking you for attacking the terrorists, they are attacking you for creating more terrorists."

Republicans being strong on defense is a myth. They didn't give a damn about terrorism until 9/11. I've said a thousand times, the only thing that changed that day was Republicans became AWARE of terrorism. Now they exploit it for their own political gain.

3. I might agree with you but..............
the case certainly could be made that Mr. Clinton's eight years did more to forster terrorists than Bush has in the last two years. In those eight years the U.S. dropped bombs on more countries than all presidents combined since World War II. We pissed a whole lot of people off with NO results what so ever. A "slap on the wrist" here and there does nothing.

Bullies (and terrorists) continue being bullies until they get their nose bloodied in response.

Don't even bother responding............it's dumb tirades like yours that just empower the repuks.

Get with it or your gonna cost us the next election. NATIONAL SECURITY is going to drive the next election........and DOING NOTHING in response doesn't qualify as national security!!!

4. I'll remember that...
Every time a right winger bullies me, I'll do the only thing they seem to comprehend: Be violent.

5. True that Clinton has a share of the blame..
...but you cannot say that Clinton has done more to create terrorism than Bush with the wars and regime changes.

6. You're not the only one
The way the Republicans have exploited the terrorist attacks for politican gain is disgusting and shameful.

When they dance on the graves of WTC victims in New York for the convention, it's going to add a lot of insult to a lot of injury.

7. The 9/11 commission is vitally important
Even a hint of evidence that the LIHOP theory is true negates Whistle Ass's claim of being the antiterrorist hope. The New Jersey widows suit is also a real time bomb for the * administration.

9. New Jersey and New York both want some answers
I hope people don't underestimate how badly New Jersey was hurt by 911. Everyone wants answers, and NOW. We've been asking questions for two years and the Bush administration has done nothing but STONEWALL us!

8. Me too.
He really insults the families of the victims by using their deaths for his political benefit. It is cheap and disgusting and yet he continues to get away with it. Whomever the Dem nominee is needs to neutralize this or they will be toast.
