I figure he'll get drunk and make a pass at one of the interns. I suspect someone will keep him from falling off the balcony.

Then Shrub'll get a huge job offer from Halliburton and Jeb will start making his move.

1. He'll try to get the Supreme Court to over turn it.
He'll be in denial because he never lost because his daddy or daddy's friends have always fixed it for him.

2. He and his moll will slink back to Crawford
never to be seen or heard from again. I mean, really, what could he possibly do to make any news? Go down to the local greasy spoon and eat a cheeseburger? He couldn't write a book with no references to his earlier life or any personal/family references. He certainly couldn't mediate in any world crises. Forget speeches.

3. Hopefully, by some big quirk of cosmic karma, end up on trial
Edited on Sat Jan-03-04 08:12 PM by acmavm
somewhere for all the crap he's lied us into. Best scenario would be that all the details of all the dirty little deals him and his bunch of greedy thug buddies would start to come out and he'd end up on trial for treason in this country. I'm not holding my breath on that one though.

edit: don't type as well as I used to.

8. If he does help Carlyle at least his track record
in business will mean that Carlyle will go down the tubes.

7. He clearly won't give a shit
so he'll just go back to Texas and laugh all the way to the bank. He has enough money to go on a whiskey and coke  binge for the rest of his life. His Halliburton deals and other bullshit has generated enough money for him and his cronies.

But for all that to happen, we must first make sure he loses.
