but I'm too lazy to google the answer...
Can an individual without a permanent residence vote?
I'm wondering because with the Bush policies taking our country down the wrong path, the destruction of the middle class, and the obvious goal to eliminate social security and welfare...well, you get the picture.

I would think you need to be registered and recieve your card in the mail as to your registration. General delivery may work.
