I saw a documentary on Mt. Rushmore the other night on cable and it was made 100% clear that there will never be anymore faces added, EVER.

Who is going to pay for it?
The National Park Service has enough trouble squeezing money from the federal budget to keep up with its current responsiblities.
Unless you are talking about a privitized venture.
In that case, I would answer either Grover Norquist or a Wal-Mart logo, those shining beacons of all that is "right" with America.
