Was the war in Iraq justified if Iraq was not pursuing a weapons of mass destruction program?

justified even if they didn't find any programs? It shouldn't have been justified when they didn't find any actual weapons, because THAT's what they said!

What a crock! That's not why we went to war. We went because he HAD weapons of mass destruction the use of which was imminent.

MWs at CNN make me sick, parroting the new White House line.
