Let's say you're a cowboy in the old west
not too old west, and you're not too old either, but let's just say you're a cowboy. In the old west. and you are by yourself- when no one else is around - the rest of your family stayed behind in transylvanikstan. You have had a hard life when it ain't easy, and you ain't takin' no lip from nobody unless they offer it.

So, you mosey into the saloon lookin' fer a whiskey and maybe a card game, and stop dead in yer tracks. You wipe yer eyes with yer grimey fingers, and still can't believe it. There - right in front of you - is -

8. why?
it is trying to be a little creative and bring out some creativity in others.

If you think so that's okay, but do you really feel it necessary to interrupt and say so? Just because you might not have a love of jazz or miles davis doesn't mean you should phone his family up and tell him he is shit.

If you don't like it - stay away quietly. That's the civilized way.

9. Last time I looked, I could see in the dust rising off the desert floor
a rider. Somebody with a singleminded purpose but no reason. Riding on and on, down in the west Texas town of El Paso,

I rode, and still - for some reason he followed. Someone from the Wells Fargo. Someone pissed that I had been able to walk away with their money. Someone named Potkin? A name I hadn't heard before. I thought maybe I was dreaming, but no - they actually hired him to follow.

He was good at following.

They started whinnying and acting like wild mustangs trying to find the closest way to the open range. I knew I had to either stay and face a posse, or jump on one of those wild creatures and hope to save myself. I
